Italy 2019

As a born and raised and proud Italian, Italy has always been somewhere I wanted to experience and travel to. I got the chance through my high school for our annual senior abroad trip. After beginning my travels in Greece, we traveled by boat to the east coast of Italy where we then drove through the beautiful countryside of Italy heading to the famous city of Florence. After going to a leather factory, seeing the statue of David and experiencing a true authentic Italian wedding (bird seed and all), my friends and I had a full 7 hours to ourselves around the beauty of Florence. Needless to say we ate a lot of pizza and pasta, saw tons of jewelry and art, and got closer and closer all while enjoying the true beauty of Florence.
